The Healing

The current album of Ivory Night, their 3rd studio album in total, is an ambitioned piece of work, a kind of audio-diary. It takes you through 13 short-stories dealing with smaller or larger tragedies of every day's life. Cold and misanthropic bureaucracy in "QMF08/15", barely legal attraction for an online-model in "Mary 1am" or pure auto-aggression ( "The Blinded" )
– The Healing tells many tragedies of the here and now.This is not a concept album. It is a collection of songs, a soundtrack to a photoalbum: The cynical approach of the album is underlined by a valuerable booklet with one ambitioned photograph to each song featuring either the bandmembers or professional models.
